Return Policy:
Products purchased from Z. Bear Diapers have a 30 day money back
guarantee provided that diapers and other products are in un-used condition, un-washed, free of odors such as smoke
or pets, free of stains, free of rips, tears, or holes.
All products are inspected upon arrival from the manufacturer and
visible defects are immediately returned. However, should a product
have a defect that is not apparently visible, such as a malfunctioning
snap or other defect, the 30 day return policy still applies. The 30
day return policy begins on the date of purchase.
*Exceptions:
Items on clearance are NOT eligible for the
above refund policy. However, exchanges
will be permitted within the first 10 days after purchase.
Exchange policies are as follows.
Exchanges:
Products may be exchanged for in store
items of equal or lesser value. Exchanges will be granted in the amount
of
original purchase. Any amount exceeding
this will be billed upon checkout. Additional shipping charges may also
apply. Products must be in un-used and un-washed condition.
Products must also be free of odors (such as from smoke or
pets),stains, tears, or holes. Exchanges on regular priced items can be
made within 30 days from date of purchase.
Shipping: In-Stock Orders are processed 1-2 days
from receipt of order. Products are
shipped with standard 3-5 days shipping times unless otherwise noted.
Pre-Order/ non-stock orders
typically take 1-2 weeks for delivery. However, due to
production delays at certain manufacturing plants shipping may be
delayed. If this is the case, Z. Bear Diapers will notify customer as
soon as possible with an estimated time of order arrival. Z. Bear
Diapers is NOT responsible for factory delays and cannot guarantee
prompt arrival. Shipping
Rates-
Order totals $50.00 and under are a flat rate of $2.50. Orders
above $50.00 are a flat rate of $3.95.Special circumstances may such as international shipping or
extremely heavy packages may require additional charges.
Z. Bear Diapers will notify customers should
this be the case. Shipping method is First Class (3-5 day service) when
applicable and Priority (2-3 day service) on all others.
Local customers
(Greater Lansing, MI area) will not be charged shipping when choosing to
pick up an order at one of our designated locations. If you have
ordered in-stock items, you may pick up 1-3 days from date of purchase.
If you ordered non-stock, you will be notified upon the arrival of your
order and arrangements for pick up times will be made. ***PLEASE NOTE-
if for some reason you are not notified that your order is ready for
pick up, PLEASE call 517-699-0359 to arrange to pick up your order.
Also, check your spam email box to be sure that Z Bear Diapers
notifications are not going there.****
Other Information: Occasionally,
substitutions may need to be made to orders. This is particularly true
when pre-ordering because manufacturers are sometimes "out of" certain
products, colors, or styles.
Z Bear Diapers will do everything
possible to promptly fill orders, however, we are a small business. We are so grateful to have understanding customers who are
willing to be flexible and understanding. Thanks so much in advance! We

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

| We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
